The Dyke - Hope
This beautiful build was created by D10 Developments. It was a large extension onto a bungalow, complete with Garden room, Bedroom, Ensuite & Garden store. We put underfloor heating throughout using heatmiser devices, Bright source All in one solo downlights, and a mixture of click deco and click mode sockets and switches.
A new kitchen island was installed and the client wanted their new electric hob situated within. Working with Dion from D10, we came up with a solution with a well constructed compartment for the cables and switches. We also upgraded the existing split RCD consumer unit to one with SPD and RCBOs.
23 Church Road
This 120 year old beautiful building was renovated by Paul & Sarah Mulgrew, modernising the entire building but keeping the character is an amazing achievement. These clients have a great eye for style and decoration so was very fun to work with. We used some new products for this project, Bakelite switches to maintain the antique look, Soho lighting sockets and switches in gold finish, with click mode sockets and media plates throughout the rest of the house. As this house was lived in throughout the entire project, keeping on the power and lighting was essential. We achieved this using Yoozey boxes for safety and efficiency.
9 Jacobean Way
This beautiful extension was carried out by D10 Developments. Our first project together and it went swimmingly. The extension created a huge open plan kitchen, dining area and snug, all bursting with natural light. We used our usual 'Click Deco' switches and sockets on this project to create a sleek finish. We also put 'Diamond Vulcan' spot lights throughout.
